Cancel in the Trevel app or on the website for an instant cancellation, or call our 24/7 line on +91 7719005000. Cancelling 60 minutes or more before pick-up is free and refunds in full, 15 to 60 minutes before refunds 50%, and within 15 minutes there is no refund.

We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets and cash. Card, UPI and wallet payments are handled through our integrated payment gateway.

Fares are quoted upfront before you confirm the booking, using our transparent pricing calculator. The price you see is the price you pay: there is no surge charge, no night multiplier and no in-ride revision.

Yes. You can schedule a ride up to 30 days in advance, which guarantees availability during peak hours. Your chauffeur is assigned ahead of time and reports at your pick-up point before the scheduled time.
